Your privacy is of great importance to Concert & Marching Music. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the web shop with information we received from you.

Handling orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle the order properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we ask your payment details, name and address details, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We only process these with your permission. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years after that (this is required by law to data retention).

Contact form

With the contact form you can ask us questions or send us a requests. For this we ask your name and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.


You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is saved until you cancel the subscription.


To be able to use our web shop you have to register first. You have to enter information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with the created username and a self-chosen password.

For this we ask your payment details, name and address details, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We only process these with your permission. We keep this information until you cancel your account.

We save this information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time and so that we can approach you more easily about your order if necessary. You can adjust your information whenever you want via your account.

Other parties

We do not provide your personal data to other companies or agencies, except if this is necessary for the web shop or if the law says we should. For example we must be able to report the police in the case of suspected fraud.


We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by e-mail. You can object to this advertisements at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.

Provision to other companies or institutions

We only provide your personal data to other companies or institutions if this is necessary for our web shop or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police requires this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

We work together with certain companies. These partners can receive your personal data. This is necessary to be able to deliver what you have purchased. Some partners are located outside the European Union. We have strict agreements with them and they must comply the European privacy law. Social media buttons are included in our web store. The administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have signed an agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep track of. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not let Google anonymize the IP addresses.


Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly protected with us. We always adjust security and pay attention to what could go wrong.

When something is changing in our web store, we need to adjust the privacy statement of course. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
