Worldwide Delivery

✅ If your ordered product is in stock, and the payment has been completed, your order will usually be shipped the same working day.

✅ Sheet music is always shipped in sturdy cardboard to ensure that your order arrives undamaged.

✅ We always ship your order as economically as possible. We will never send anything in a box if the order fits through the letterbox.

✅ Shipments sent as a letterbox package or parcel post are always getting a track and trace code, this way you can track the shipment online. 

✅ We mainly use PostNL and GLS for our orders within Europe. In other countries, orders are often transferred to local carriers. Local carriers often determine their own routes and delivery times. If you were not at home during delivery, it's your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date and time.
